A dynamic workout utilizing resistance from the reformer's springs and pulleys to challenge stability and balance. Leave feeling stronger and connected to your mind & body.
*Must have reformer experience —schedule a private session before booking this class.

Raise your heart rate and boost your mood in this high-energy, low-impact cardio class incorporating the Pilates jump-board into the reformer class. Leave feeling happy and accomplished with a post workout glow.
*Must have done at least 10 reformer classes. Not suitable for prenatal clients.

An active total body workout utilizing body weight as resistance and variety of props such as toning balls, loop bands and fitness circle to help you gain control, strength, power and flexibility. Leave feeling lengthened and renewed.

A fun and challenging full body workout that includes cardio bursts to begin and end the class. Be prepared to break a sweat as we alternate low impact exercises with higher intensity aerobic exercises. Leave feeling rosy-cheeked and reinvigorated.

A total body workout to upbeat and fun music. The barre is used for balance while doing exercises that emphasize isometric strength training with high repetitions of low-impact, small range-of-motion movements. Leave feeling boosted and energized.
